For New Students
- Please, arrive 10-15 minutes before class for registration.
- We have loaner mats available if you do not currently own one.
- Wear light workout clothing
- Please do not wear any perfumes or heavy scents
The Power Yoga Center - Class Descriptions
Power 1: Open Level - Beginner Series. Instructors work on setting up a strong foundation for your practice. Class is slower in tempo, with a emphasis on proper movement, alignment and breath work.
Power 2: Open Level - Intermediate Series. A basic foundation of practice is suggested. Emphasis remains on proper alignment and breath work. Quicker in tempo and pace, with focus on movement, balance and a foundation for your strength work.
Power 2/3: Intermediate/Advanced Series. Strength and balance work throughout class. Faster in tempo and pace, with elements of conditioning and core training.
Power 3: Advanced Series. Solid foundation of practice is suggested. Focus on strength training, core work, inversions and arm balances throughout class. Faster in pace and tempo, with students moving throughout.
Power Mash Up: Open Level - Intermediate/Advanced Series. Mostly yoga, peppered with some core, agility and strength training.
Zumba: Dance - Movement throughout class, cardio based and almost guaranteed to put you in a good mood.
Brazilian Butt Lift: A mixture of mat and standing work, emphasis on the lower half of your body.
